Mike is a data analyst who helps businesses make sense of their numbers through thoughtful reporting and strong visual storytelling. He focuses on building dashboards and analytics tools that give leaders a clearer view of performance, highlight what matters most, and support more confident decision-making.

Throughout his career, Mike has worked on creating reporting solutions that help business owners understand both the big picture and the details behind it. His work is centered on translating raw data into practical insight, giving clients a better way to track key metrics, identify trends, and understand how the business is performing over time.

At FourZeroNine, Mike plays a key role in designing reports that are not only informative, but easy to use and built around the way clients actually operate. His approach combines technical skill with a strong eye for presentation, helping transform complex datasets into reporting that feels clear, useful, and decision-ready.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s in Management and Leadership from East Stroudsburg University. He is also certified in Microsoft Power BI, which strengthens his ability to build dynamic reporting solutions that support growth and long-term planning.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys sharpening his golf skills, training for marathons, and spending time with family and friends.
